- We deliver to the address provided at checkout
When?
- We have a range of delivery options. Individuals outside of the United Kingdom and Ireland are informed of any additional charges before the verification of an order.
How?
- The delivery company will vary depending on location and how quickly the customer would like the parcel to arrive.

before sending back any items so that the refund process can be as quick as possible.
All returns are paid for by the customer however, if we have made a mistake or there are any faults, Del Fashion is liable for postage which will be reimbursed to customer once items have been returned back.
Items must be returned in orginal packaging with all labels and tags attached.
All orders are to be placed online as normal, if you have any questions you can email, call or chat with us between 9am and 5pm (Monday to Friday, except on Public Bank Holidays).
As a small family run business we are able to social distance effectively. All orders will be processed as quickly and efficiently as possible with constant email undates about your order.
Please give extra time for deliveries as they are handled by a third party (you will be informed of the delivery service after shipping along with tracking information), with this in mind Del Fashion is still offering a next day service.
