  • How long will it take to process my order?
    All orders and processed and sorted within 12 - 48 hours of the order being placed. All orders are authorised to be shipped 12 - 48 hours after payment has been recieved. We will inform you via email if your order is going to take longer that the average 48 hours. All next day delivery orders are processed and sorted within 1 hour once payment has been verified.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    All orders must be canelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. Next day delivery orders must be cancelled by 11:45am GMT the day the order was placed.
  • How to use a promotion code?
    Promotion codes can be added to the basket. They will only work if terms and conditons have been followed.
  • How do I complain?
    All complaints should be emailed directly to: With the subject listed as 'Complaint'. If the complaint is in relationg to a order the subject heading should be 'Complaint - Invoive No.' make sure the invoice no. is the one provided to you by Del Fashion. We aim to deal with an issues within 48 hours of receiving your emails.

  • Where do you deliver?
    Del Fashion mainly delivers to the United Kingdom and Ireland. We do deliver to other selected countries however shipping costs well vary depending on the orders weight and destination. Before we charge customers for shipping outside of the countries mentioned above we will email you and negotiate the price and estimated arrival of items.
  • What are the delivery options?
    All delivery prices can be found on the delivery options page. All deliveries have a tracking number from the courier that is shipping the item. Main days for shipping are Monday to Friday. Orders are shipped within 48 hours or once payment has been cleared.
  • How do I track my order?
    All orders have a tracking number provided by the courier used to ship that specific order. The tracking number can be found on your invoice which will be send via email.
  • How can I contact the courier?
    The invoice sent to your email address will inform you of the courier that will be delivering your order. All contact information can be found on the couriers website.
  • Can I exchange and item for something else?
    An email must be sent to: with subject being 'Exchange - Invoice no.' the invoice number must be one provided by Del Fashion and specific to the order being enqiured about. Original item must be recieved first in order for the exchange item to be sent. Return postage payable by customer. At current we do not charge an additional fee for items exchanged within the United Kingdom and Ireland however there may be additional charges for other countries.
  • How do I get a membership
    At the current moment a membership is not available however please subscribe to the website as this will keep you updated at all times.
  • How do I pay?
    Del Fashion only accepts PayPal transactions.
  • How long do I have to return an order?
    Items can be returned within 30 days of recieving an order. All items must be returned with tags still attached and in a resalable condition. Please include a copy of the invoice or a slip detailing your full name, invoice number and items being returned.
  • How do I return unwanted items?
    Before returning any items please email: with subject heading 'Returns - Invoice no.' please provided invoice for that specific order. So that a return can be confirmed and authorized. Return postage is currently paid for by the recipent, however if the item that arrives is incorrect or faulty return postage is paid for by Del Fashion (Images of item/s and reciept of pastage must be supplied). Postage paid for by Del Fashion is reimbursed to recipent once item/s has been recieved and will be sent with refund. We as a company are not liable for any damage incurred through transit. All items are folded and securely packed in plastic with labels attached.
  • When will I recieve my refund?
    Once unwanted items are returned they are first check for any damages. A refund should be issued within 3 to 7 working days of receiving unwanted items. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
  • How do I subscribe?
    You can provide your name and email address on the homepage in order to be kept up to date about new items and special offers.
  • Are my details safe?
    The only indivduals that have access to your details are the manager and assistant manager of the business.
  • Cancel my subscription?
    If you would like to cancel your subcription please reply to one of our emails with 'Opt Out' as the subject and you will be removed within 24 hours.
