Del Fashion aims to deal with all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible however, if there is a large volume of orders they are processed accordingly.

Verification

• Verification is to confirm payment, this normally takes up to 12 hours.

• Within this time individuals can cancel their order and obtain a full refund within 3 to 7 working days.

• Once verification is complete a confirmation email will be sent.

• Once a confirmation email is sent an order can only be cancelled if it is still being processed.

Processing

• Orders are processed as soon as a confirmation email is sent (approximately, 12 - 48 hours after purchase).

• All items are collected and checked before shipping.

Shipping

• Orders are shipped the same day or day after processing (approximately, 12 - 72 hours after purchase).

• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Shipping rates for countries outside the United Kingdom and Ireland are negotiated with customer before order is verified.

• All orders are provided tracking numbers from the courier service used.

• We aim to get your delivery to you within 3 to 5 working days.

• This does depend on the courier.

• Can vary depending on your location.

Next Day Delivery

• Verification is confirmed within 30 minutes to 1 hours of receiving the order. 

• A confirmation email will be sent once processing and payment verification has taken place.

• Orders are shipped by 12pm the same day.

• Only available to United Kingdom and Ireland.

• All next day delivery orders must be placed by 11am in order to be processed by shipping timeslot.

Out of Stock Items

• Each order it packed and shipped in the order that they are placed.

• If an item is out of stock before processing of your order you will be refunded for the individual item/s.

• A refund for the item/s will be processed within 3 working days after processing your order.

• The remainder of your order will still be shipped.
